What are Examples of Our Customized Menu Selections?
We offer customized menus for everything from breakfast selections through lunch, mid-day snacks, and evening shift dinners. We also offer a number of customized options for each of our 'stations,' such as salad station, grill, deli, and soup stations. Below are a few examples.
Fresh Starts:
- French toast with a choice of meat
- Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with grits or hash browns
- Sausage and mushroom omelet with grits or hash browns
- Pancakes with choice of meat and grits or hash browns
Main Course:
- Grilled chicken with spinach and provolone, fresh roll, and side dishes (seasoned rice, Caribbean blend, peas and carrots, Scandinavian veggies)
- 8 oz. chopped sirloin with mushroom gravy, a fresh roll, and side dishes (sweet potato fries, spiced apples, baked beans, broccoli)
- Grilled BBQ chicken breast with a fresh roll and side dishes (whole buttered potatoes, fresh roasted veggies, hush puppies, collard greens)

Hot off the Grill:

Deli Express:
- Homemade tuna wrap with fresh fruit
- Asian chicken wrap with crunchy noodles

- Hearty beef chili
